PART ONE (Available February 2020)
 
Baked Alaska Meltdown : Chocolate sponge cake, coffee caramel, meringue, and the unique flavour of black sesame ice cream. Now we can find out what Iain’s Baked Alaska from Season 1 would have tasted like! 

Charlotte Russe : From a Victorian baking challenge on season 3. Flora’s Charlotte Russe cake had a raspberry-flavoured sponge, champagne jelly with pomegranate juice, and white chocolate bavarois, surrounded by brandy-soaked lady fingers and a sprig of mint.

Chocolate Passionfruit Custard Tart :  A custard tart by Nancy on Season 1 with contrasting flavours of dark chocolate and passion fruit. Paul said, “Like that, Nancy.”

Coconut Bread with Jaggery Goor : Based on Kate’s recipe from season 5: Bread rolls with shredded coconut, cardamom, and jaggery goor (palm sugar).

Fizzy Pop Cheesecake :  Three cheesecakes flavoured with ginger beer, cream soda, and lemonade syrups. Inspired by Nadiya’s showstopper from season 3.

Four Seasons Cake :  Based on Candice’s four-tiered showstopper from season 4. With fruitcake (for winter), spiced carrot cafe (fall), lemon-raspberry-rose cake (summer), and chocolate orange cake for spring.
 
Fresh Herb Fougasse : Rosemary bread with a hint of sage. A Paul Hollywood technical challenge recipe from Season 4.

Limoncino Biscuits : Biscuits flavoured with limoncino liqueur, yuzu zest, and vanilla by Sophie on Season 5.

Mr. Darcy’s Steamy Lake Scene : Steamed puddings flavoured with Earl Grey tea, lemon zest, bergamot oil, Earl Grey custard, and a splash of misty lake water. By Kate, Season 5.

Pirates' Tears :  Stacey’s recipe for millionaire shortbreads with salted caramel and strong spiced rum. Noel said, “Tastes like pirates' tears…” From season 5.

Pistachio White Chocolate Churros : Pistachio-infused churros with cinnamon, dipped in white chocolate and more pistachios. Inspired by Jane’s churro recipe on season 4.

Rice Custard Tart : A not-too-sweet custard tart with rice milk, mango, and raspberries. Based on Chetna’s recipe, Season 1.

Schnecken :  German sticky buns with cinnamon, butter, brown sugar, raisins, and pecans, as made by Christine on Season 2. When the schnecken beckons…
  
Stackin’ Sunday Pancakes :  Pancakes with marshmallow whipped cream, sliced banana, granola, and blueberry compote. Based on an “illusion cake” by Liam on season 5.
 
Tropical Manchester : A passionfruit, orange, lime, and mango, tart made by Luis, a Mancunian, in Season 1.

Bubble Gum Mint : Based on Nadiya’s bubble gum and peppermint cream religieuse à l'ancienne from Season 3.  

Don’t Use Matcha : Matcha green tea and cucumber with a drop of lemon juice. The judges really aren’t that impressed by matcha…   

Panettone : A sweet enriched bread with raisins, cranberries, currants, dried cherries, orange peel, cointreau, and almonds. Recipe by Paul Hollywood featured in the Masterclass.


PART TWO (Available April 2020) 

Adventures in Bakeland :  Matcha tea and cardamom-orange frosted biscuits with lemon zest. From Yan’s biscuit board game challenge on Season 5.
 
Bellini Choux Buns :  Choux buns with fizzy prosecco, fresh peaches, and butter. By Kate on Season 5.
 
Blueberry and White Chocolate Bagels : Blueberry bagels frosted with white chocolate and dipped in runny honey. By John, season 3.

British Soap Opera : Frances’ opera cake showstopper from Season 2, with layers of almond sponge, lavender-lemon jelly, and white chocolate ganache. 

Chocolate Soufflé :  A fluffy dark chocolate and espresso soufflé. From Mary Berry’s technical challenge recipe on Season 3.

Double Entendre Day : Rose-pistachio and mocha-hazelnut horns, by Nadiya on Season 3.

Earl Grey Teacakes :  Earl Grey-infused teacakes with sultanas, currants, raisins, candied citrus peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg, dipped in orange marmalade, as made by Julia on Season 5.

Floral Tea Cake :  A tea-inspired layer cake with chamomile-honey sponge, almond cake, and orange blossom piped frosting. Based on Benjamina’s showstopper from Season 4.

Ginger Caramel Shortbreads : Super-rich almond shortbread cookies with ginger and caramel. Tom's recipe from Season 5. 

Grapefruit and Ginger Meringue Pie : Benjamina’s take on lemon meringue pie, replacing the lemon with grapefruit and adding ginger. From Season 4.

Hipster Picnic :  Tom’s showstopper from Season 4: Mousse cakes flavoured with apple, melted vanilla ice cream, spice cake, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Ombre Floral Cake : Inspired by Selasi’s three-tiered showstopper from Season 4. Lemon poppyseed cake, carrot cake, and strawberry-vanilla cake with rose frosting.

Rhubarb Custard Tart : Based on Kate’s tart recipe from Season 1: Rosemary-almond pastry with a rhubarb custard filling.

Rum Nicky :  A boozy fruit pie with rum-soaked apricots, brown sugar, butter, and ginger-lemon. Paul’s recipe From the “Forgotten Bakes” challenge on Season 5.

Tropical Churros :  Coconut and cinnamon churro dough with a passionfruit-mango dipping sauce. From Season 4 by Benjamina.

Ode to the Honey Bee : Sophie’s showstopper from the Season 5 finale: An entremet of honey custard, orange blossom sponge, tart blackberry jelly, dark chocolate, lemon set curd, hazelnut, white chocolate lavender mousse, caramelized honey, topped with marbled white chocolate mirror glaze. “It’s making me sort of wistful.” -Noel
 

Yin Yang Entremet : Steven’s showstopper from the Season 5 finale: Hazelnut Genoise sponge, caramelized bananas, white chocolate & cocoa butter creme brûlée, raspberry coulis, and chocolate mousse.

Yuzu and Lychee Entremet : Kate’s showstopper from the Season 5 finale: Genoise sponge with yuzu zest, coconut dacquoise, white chocolate-yuzu bavarois and lychee jelly, decorated with a dragonfruit.
